What type panel do you need?
Specialty panels:
These panels are typically sponsored by research, marketing agencies and media firms who offer their clients ad hoc or one off access to lower incidence consumer groups (high net worth households, teens) or industry decision makers (ie. IT directors and VP's, CFO's, doctors).
Custom Proprietary Panels:
For those organizations who want to have more continuous access and dialogue with their customers, prospects or stakeholders, custom built panels are an effective solution. You own the panel, so you save time and money because you are not paying rent charges to the big access panel firms each time you run a study.
Customer advisory panel:
This group is used for testing concepts and products, providing insight on new marketing programs and direction, company and brand perception, measuring satisfaction and loyalty, and tapping your most faithful insightful advocates.
Expert advisory council or boards:
These groups are typically 30-200 trusted advisors, who may be VIP expert customers, outside analysts and advisors, suppliers and channel partners, or internal stakeholders and executives.
Industry panel (blind):
These panels are typically built from broad industry, association and media sources. They can be used to represent an industry or targeted group for multi or single-client, trend and tracking studies where the sponsor is not revealed.
Audience and subscriber panel:
These panels are made up of subscribers, readers or Website visitors to media and community management firms.
