Our Team Principals

The professional research staff of Communique Partners have decades of experience developing robust online and offline market intelligence programs for F2000 companies as well as for web savvy market research and consulting firms. The staff has built and manages panels in a wide variety of markets and are experts in eResearch best practices. Principals at Communique have worked with leading clients including: IDC, IBM, Expedia, Proctor and Gamble, Ford Motor, Verizon, Cisco, Hunter Douglas, CNBC, Clorox, Washington Post/Newsweek and many leading research firms.

 

 

Chris Yalonis, Founder and President

Chris Yalonis has over 20 years of experience in marketing line management, publishing, market research and consulting, and has directed many worldwide market intelligence projects for many F2000 companies. Prior to founding Communique Partners, he was VP of eResearch at MarketTools, the premier applications services provider of Web-based corporate software for market research and feedback.

A pioneer in developing multi-client and proprietary custom online panels, Mr. Yalonis has designed panels for many sectors, including: IT, mobile computing, healthcare, legal, automotive, wireless data, consumer, telecommunications, and youth markets. A six year veteran of International Data Corporation (IDC), he directed IDC's consulting P&L's for global IT vendors and led IDC's initiatives into Web-based research.

Mr. Yalonis has directed/co-written over 300 market intelligence studies and published reports across IT and telecom categories. Prior to joining IDC, Mr. Yalonis held senior marketing and sales positions at several software companies and headed his own boutique marketing consulting firm.

Mr. Yalonis is the author of seven books on the computer industry and planning. He received his B.A. from Miami University (Ohio) and his M.B.A. from Indiana University. He and his wife, son and daughter live in Marin County, California. An avid sailor, he seeks consenting clients and colleagues to weather the Bay on his 36-foot sloop.

 

 

gabby_small_Gabrielle Mogannam, Research Director

Gabrielle Mogannam brings over 15 years of experience in account management, consulting, and database administration. She has conducted various research studies ranging from concept and product tests, advertising, and trackers for companies like McNeil Research, General Mills, Glaxo, Smith, Kline, Accenture, and Microsoft.

Her extensive research experience in online panel management, website development, and database management has enabled her to successfully implement and manage panels for companies like Morepace, Lexis-Nexis, Ziment, and Palmer and Palmer.

Ms. Mogannam is co-author of Arab Perceptions of the West (2006) and The Western Perception of Islam and Muslims (2005), studies helping the Kuwaiti government and Western policy makers with forming public communications and improving media and opinion leader relations. Prior to joining Communique Partners, she worked as an account manager for MarketTools, a leading technology-enable
