In the face of cable, offline and Internet competition eroding its core business audience, and it desire to keep a read on the pulse of busy, hard to find business executives, CNBC worked with us to build and run a multi-year panel of 2500 business leaders who watched business news. We provided valuable insight on programming mix and coverage of investments, domestic, international, war, terror, and company profiles. We were also able to track interest on key issues and trends. CNBC was able to use the system to help its advertisers gauge awareness and perception and to test ads and messaging.

Leading publisher of law materials


This leading publisher of online and offline law publications and research needed a cost effective and rapid return method of staying in touch with law students and new grads entering the law profession, a group notoriously tough to reach and keep engaged. We built and managed a panel of 4000 law students and young lawyers, who participated in studies on law profession trends, tested new services and pricing plans, and helped develop new online research tools. We were also able to keep a large majority of members on board over several years to better understand usage and loyalty to Lexis/Nexis as they moved from school to professional environments.
