Government of Kuwait
Through a leading Kuwaiti media and marketing firm, New Future, we advise the Government of Kuwait with ongoing research on The Perception of Islam in the West, anti-terrorism programs and a Kuwaiti Public Opinion Panel. For the Perception of Islam in the West study, we executed public opinion polls in the US and Europe, interviewed leading experts, distilled secondary studies and books, as well as summarized third party polls. This study, the most comprehensive of its kind, helps the Kuwaiti government with forming public communications, working with Western Islamic groups, and improving media and opinion leader relations. The study is the basis for a book, media kit, Website and lecture tour in 2005 and 2006.

City of Denver
We worked through our brand consultancy partner, Brandjuice, to help the City with intelligence on attracting new company relocations, convention planners and tourists. We tested attractiveness of city attributes, importance ratings, comparisons to other cities, and positioning messages. This helped formulate a new campaign by the city and convention bureau, segmented by targets in Colorado, adjacent feeder states, and nationwide.

Ross Valley School District
This medium sized school district sought to increase the efficiency and responsiveness of parent surveys done by paper and manually tabulated, with limited success. We converted the surveys into online forms, built an opt-in process in which parents and other stakeholders could register online for a district advisory panel and then participate in a range of short and long surveys, discussion forums and focus groups during the year. The District superintendent, board and principals can review ratings for curriculum, programs, school environment, and staff segment by school and grade. Community feedback is faster and more actionable
